Leisure horse, Irish, Trotter mix - Sporty leisure horse looking for his life partner
Four year old gelding is ready for new adventures. Current height approx. 1.56 m (still growing), trotter mix with good basic training, he is raw, very affectionate to people and strong character. Therefore not suitable for beginners.
He is well-behaved in hoof care, handling and is loading friendly. He goes alone or with several at the hand in the area, he is very willing to learn, eager to run and he wants to please.
Cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs and farm equipment are familiar to him and nothing special to him. However, he shows a clear drive "Cow Sense" with the cattle and would therefore also be open for this division.
Ground work with different equipment are a lot of fun for him, in free work he shows a willingness to learn and playful, he also knows and loves water.
He has learned the basics of saddle and rider weight, including lunging, and is very willing to learn and work.
In the gelding herd he is social, but he is still very playful. An equal buddy to run, play and wrestle with means a lot to him. He is basically compatible with mares, but they should be able to show him boundaries.
He knows open stabling, 24/7 meadow, needs a lot of exercise and wants to be challenged. He is young, sporty buddy for the leisure area whose further training can begin directly.
