8-year-old Icelandic mare seeks "Partner in Crime" - Gjola is an 8-year-old mare from Iceland who has been in Europe for about 3 years. So far she shows no signs of eczema. She is very intelligent and always motivated to work with you. She has been trained gently over the last few years and is motivated for all types of work, whether it be riding, ground work or free work. The last 3 months she has been in intensive training again and has developed a lot. Nevertheless, she needs someone to give her security and clear guidance. With a little support, we also see her as a great horse for advanced young riders. She is currently being trained as a 3-walker, but is showing signs of tölt with increasing carrying capacity, which can certainly be developed with further training. However, her current strength lies in the clearly separated basic gaits with a walking walk, a very comfortable trot and an exceptional canter. Dressage work would certainly also be possible here. Overall, she simply gives a great riding feeling. She is barehoof with very good hoof quality and wears hoof boots when riding. Gjola knows cows. Tractors, geese and many other things and is not easily flustered by anything. Gjola is looking for a home where she will get the attention she deserves and where many new adventures await her.
