Barefoot Cherokee Size 1 with Accessories - I’m offering my 2020 Cherokee, size 1, for sale here. It’s been ridden for a rough total of about 150 hours; it’s in very good condition, has been stored properly, and has always been treated with Barefoot care.

The following accessories are included:
🤍 Brown Physio Pad with cellular rubber inserts (OR Christ lambskin pad with original inserts)
🤍 Choc-oiled girth from 2019
🤍 Wide stirrup leathers from 2019
🤍 Soft insert from 2020
🤍 Gray insert from 2020
🤍 3-in-1 knotted halter, Cob size

For the entire lot, I’d like €700, including insured shipping.

Sold separately, I’d like €550 for the Cherokee with both inserts and Velcro, €110 for the Physio Pad, €150 for the Christ lambskin pad, €80 for the breast collar, €50 for the stirrup leathers, and €25 for the knot halter. All prices include insured shipping.

Since my life isn’t going according to plan at all...
The saddle was purchased new in 2020 from the previous owner; a few months later, I bought it secondhand—it hadn’t broken in yet at that point. It was meant to replace our other Cherokee, which was already somewhat worn out; we were very satisfied with that one and rode it extensively for over 6 years. Things started out similarly with the new one; it broke in well and was well-maintained.
Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, we ended up riding much less starting in 2021 than before—or rather, than we’d actually planned. Since June 2025, it’s been in storage following the sudden loss of my horse. I actually wanted to set it aside and use it for a new horse, but unfortunately, the new one just can’t get used to a treeless saddle at all—we need a different one.

I’m absolutely convinced of the Barefoot saddle system when it’s the right fit for both horse and rider. It’s super comfortable, and my mare felt really at ease with it; we usually spent 2–3 hours out on trail rides. Since she was a bit overbuilt, we added extra padding in the front.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions :).
