Care (possibly also riding) participation in ponies

Care (possibly also riding) participation in ponies - Hey everyone, I'm offering one or more foster shares in my 4 ponies (1 gelding, 3 mares). Location is 34311 Naumburg (OT). The ponies are 96 cm (Shettys) and 150cm (Norwegians) tall and of different ages; 2 are enjoying their retirement, 1 Shetty is in training (currently walks with riding pad, leading exercises, calmness training, lunge, getting used to bridle, later breaking in) and 1 Norwegian is actively ridden and worked on the ground. Depending on how it fits, participation in only one pony would be possible, or general support in the care and maintenance of all 4. Riding would only be included if everything fits and the chemistry with the pony is right. The main focus is on grooming the ponies (the older ones are also happy to be groomed and stroked), ground work and possibly walks, grooming the ponies and a little help in the stable (I'm not looking for a stable hand ;) we're talking about checking the water, sometimes putting in straw or filling up the hay and sometimes mucking out the run).
Maybe you take riding lessons, but you don't have the practical experience of keeping and caring for horses? Would you rather not ride, but just spend time with horses?
I am not afraid of beginners, but I am consistent when it comes to rules (liability, health). I am also happy to explain and would be prepared to invest a certain amount of time to teach the basics of handling (my) horses - in return I expect a certain willingness to get involved. Some of my ponies have been with me for a very long time, their needs are paramount and I weigh up very carefully who I entrust them to. Foster ownership is new to me.

Supplement to stable and location: in the middle of the village, stable building and partially paved run, small lawn "riding arena" adjacent, bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance, beautiful terrain with field and forest. It is a private horse keeping in self-sufficiency, no school operation or similar. Liability insurance is available.
