Open stable / loose stable / stable space for mare - I have a place for a well-behaved, low-ranking mare in a nice, very tidy open/running stable in 55283 Nierstein from July 1st.
She would stand together with my well-behaved and social 19-year-old warmblood mare.
The stable community also consists of 2 other mares and a filly.
The stable is approx. 250 square meters in size and consists of a 2-sided closed shelter (soft box mats with straw bedding) with an adjoining, mud-free paddock paved with INB paddock slabs and artificial turf with sand. Directly adjacent is a small meadow.
In the stable there is a trough with 24/7 round bale hay.
From May to October (depending on the weather) the horses are turned out in the paddock during the day. All 5 horses are together in the paddock.
A tack room/locker is unfortunately not available, but can be provided by the rider.
Water and electricity are available.
I offer the place with full board (6 days/week). Half board possible. Community services (putting out/putting in, mucking out paddock, blankets on/off) are to be taken on by arrangement.
Riding hall and arena can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes (membership required).
Fantastic riding area directly in front of the gate.
The stable is located directly on a paved farm road, parking is available.
